The hotel was a last minute booking as our original hotel had over subscribed. It was a good location for us in that it was nearer Poniente beach and the Old Town, and a decent walk away from the livelier strip which we weren't visiting on this trip! It is around a ten minute walk to the beach. The pool is across the road, some reviews seem to have mentioned this as a negative but it's not as issue at all and is as close to the hotel as possible. We didn't use the plunge pool on the top floor but had a look and it looked decent enough. There were no big groups for stags or hens really when we were there, and it wouldn't be an ideal location for these groups anyway. If anything there were more Spanish people as seemed to be common to the beach and general location. The breakfast was very decent in terms of variety and quality the standard for buffet breakfasts abroad. It certainly was enough to set you up till a later lunch. The only negatives are the lack of a fridge in the room if you like having a few on the balcony, and the sound travelling between rooms which could be an issue depending on your neighbours! Overall, as a base for a couple , we were more than happy.

Perfect location to the old town of Benidorm, 10 minutes walk away. Such helpful staff on checkin nothing was to much to ask. Selection of food was fab had a different theme each day. Rooms were fab and a great lay out. The added extras of tooth brush, tooth paste, Coombes and other pieces was a great touch. Thank you for a great stay at hotel Cuco, deffo booking this hotel again.

It was clean fresh and had a lovely atmosphere. The receptionist was amazing. Apologies as I’ve forgotten your name our trip was 11th July for 1 night. She helped me with the car 🚗 parking 🅿️ and went above and beyond to the point of coming to wave 👋 goodbye on our decent. She made us feel so welcome and was so accommodating and informative.
